Program: Denman Undergraduate Research Forum
The poster presentation is awarded First Place at the Denman Undergraduate Research Forum. The Denman Forum is appropriate for undergraduates who: (1) are in the latter or final stages of a research or creative project, (2) have at least preliminary results to report, and/or (3) are ready to publicly present their research or creative project in a juried setting. Denman Faculty Committee members review and evaluate all submitted abstracts. Selection to participate in the Denman Forum is based upon overall quality of submitted abstracts.
Value of the Badge:
Earning the First Place Denman Undergraduate Research Forum badge indicates a student has been selected by the Denman Faculty Committee as the best in one of eleven categories at the Research Forum on March 30, 2016. Those categories include: Agriculture/Environmental Science, Art/Architecture, Biological Sciences, Business/Education/Speech and Hearing Science, Engineering, Health Professions - Clinical, Health Professions - Laboratory/Cellular, Humanities, Mathematical and Physical Sciences, Psychology, Social and Behavioral Sciences.

The Denman Undergraduate Research Forum: The Denman Undergraduate Research Forum is coordinated by the Undergraduate Research Office and generously supported by Mr. and Mrs. Denman, the Office of Research, the Office of Undergraduate Education, and corporate and private donors. The Denman Forum provides an opportunity for undergraduate students to showcase their research, scholarship, and creative activities to the OSU community and beyond.
